• The medical questionnaire. We can email you the file or you can can simply fill out the form oline. Please let us know about any medical, psychological or drug dependency problems you may have.
• The personal intention letter. In this letter, we ask you to include a short piece describing your intentions and the primary reasons you would like to attend this Shamanic Journey.
Please share about any important experiences that you have had on your "personal quest" (mystical experiences, participation in religious groups, meditation or other techniques, use of psychoactive substances).
